The Bacon avocado Tree, named after James Bacon who bred this variety Grows Fairly quickly reaching heights of 20 feet. Used a lot for rootstock as it is a vigorous grower it is a great tree to have for shade or for simply picking off an avocado off of it. A great producer with great disease resistance and very tolerable to the weather in SoCal.
The Fruit Boasts a green, smooth skin that's easy to peel and has a big seed. With a Nutty and Down to earth flavor it is great to add to any dish to add extra flavor.
