My dad was injured at work and due to that injury he had lots of free time at home since he could not return to work. One morning during breakfast he saw a YouTube video where this man was germinating avocado seeds and curiosity got the best of him and he germinated 3 avocado seedlings. Those 3 avocado seeds launched him into a fruit tree obsession. He started germinating more and more seeds of different fruits. He eventually filled up the whole backyard with seedlings, we had so much the car had to parked outside! After that the whole family got into fruit trees.
