How and When We Ship

We only ship on Mondays - Teusdays (holidays can affect this). We do this to ensure that your tree doesn't sit in a warehouse for the weekend which can stress out your tree. We carefully wrap and stake your tree in the box so it will not move during transport. 

Product Guarantee

We guarantee that you will receive the product you asked for in an Excellent - Fair Condition. We are not responsible for anything after that. We expect our customers to take care of their tree and to be responsible. We recommend our customers to research before they purchase so they know whether or not the tree will grow in their area.

 

"My Tree is Stuck/Lost in Transit?!"

 

Call us immediately or email us. Calling UPS will not do anything as they won't refund you or replace you're package. Call us and we will take care of you.

 

What Sizes We Ship

We ship out sizes 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 gallon. We unfortunately do not ship out 15 gallons or bigger due to the absurd shipping costs. If you have a 15 gallon in your cart and you try to buy it and request shipping it will not work as we do not ship out bigger sizes. Bigger sizes are available for pick up only. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

FRESNO CA
