Sri Kembangan Star Fruit/Carambola

The Sri Kembangan Carambola tree is another tree we recommend for California. Starting to produce at a very young age it has been a proficient growers and producer. The Fruit is a bright yellow and orange color(when ripe) and a crisp and crunchy but extremely juicy flesh it is a wonderful fruit to munch on. Slicing the fruit gives the pieces a star shape hence the name.
