Sweet Tart Mango Tree
The Sweet Tart Mango Tree is a great tree! With its high popularity here in California it is one of our most demanded mangos. With an adequate tolerance to the climate here and good production habits it has amassed lots of popularity. Growing well in California it has not given us any problems. Growing in a somewhat vertical manner with an open canopy.
The Taste is how it got its name. The fruits are sweet and tart! A perfect combination for those who don't like very sweet mangos. The flesh is fiberless and not that firm. The more you let it ripen the less tart it is and many describe it as a flavor bomb when it achieves a certain ripeness. This mango is amazing with it allowing you to eat it a different stages and still tasting amazing.
