Dwarf Hawaiian Mango Tree is a variety originating from Puerto Rico where they call it "Tete Nene" . As the name suggests the tree is small and compact making it perfect for those with limited space as it produces plenty of mangos and has taken the Californian climate considerably well.
The Fruit is superb. It has moderate fiber with a sugary sweet smooth taste with a similar taste to the Julie mango making it very popular across the nation. The fruits are small and round turning reddish purple when ripe. The seed is small as well. Known to have multiple crops a year due to its sensitivity to the weather it is truly an early season mango.
