The Super Julie Mango Tree is a Julie mango seedling. Super Julie is a very vigorous grower and get much bigger than Julie. Super Julie does much better than Julie here in California based off of our experiences. Producing well and taking the California Climate well it has proven itself to be a variety that can grow in California.
The Fruit is small to medium with an oblong shape. With a flesh that is fiberless and soft it is of excellent quality. The taste is similar to Julie and Carrie mango as well as having a spicy component making the flavor complex and enjoyable for many. Many say the flavor is similar to alphonso making the Super Julie a very popular mango.
