The Pantin Mamey Sapote Tree is a true delicacy. Growing a little slow but once mature it can grow to be 20 - 25 feet in size. A mature tree can produce up to 200-500 fruits per year, making it a great investment for multiple harvests.
The Fruit has a strikingly sweet flavor, it tastes like a combination of brown sugar, sweet potato, cantaloupe, and caramel that's like no other. Great to eat out of the shell with a spoon when ripe or to make it into a healthy smoothie!
